Vallegarcía Garnacha Cariñena 2021

The heady and ripe 2021 Garnacha - Cariñena, which also contains some Syrah, is redolent of a red from the Southern Rhône, powerful, with 15% alcohol, perfumed and floral, with Mediterranean notes of herbs and esparto grass and a juicy palate, balsamic with fine-grained tannins. After it matured in second-use French barriques for one year, 10,733 bottles were filled in December 2022.

Lots of ripe cherries, strawberries, red berries and roasted Mediterranean spices on the nose. Full body with silky, creamy tannins. Round and textured, with a rich core of red fruit on the center-palate. Flavorful and generous. Drink or hold.
