The Wine Advocate:

The white NV Manda Huevos Doble Yema is a 50/50 blend of the 2015 and 2016 vintages and comes from old vine Macabeo, blended with 5% Garnacha Blanca from a single vineyard in the heart of the Iberian Mountain system. Doble Yema, literally means "an egg with two yolks" which is how they describe this fine, bold wine, still a little oaky, resulting from the blend of two different vintages, intense and concentrated, mixing the ripe fruit of 2015 with the austere and mineral, smoky notes and floral aromas of 2016. The long lees aging period adds a saline and unctuous element to it, and with more time in the bottle, should help integrate the oak. There were 3,200 bottles produced and is sold without appellation of origin.
