Fontanafredda Barolo Proprietà in Fontanafredda 2018

Pleasant red-berry aromas are colored with terroir-induced melange of mineral and fern-like notes, rounded off with a tinge of orange rind. Medium-to full-bodied with a fresh palate and well-integrated tannins that allow the complex fruit character to linger through the long finish. Nicely poised and so drinkable now, but will benefit from another year in bottle. Try from 2023.
