L'avis des experts

James Suckling:

Tasting this feels like standing on a beach, then being hit by a giant wave and carried away, but in the most delightful way. Great sour cherry and black cherry fruit plus a stack of very fine tannins and a slew of spicy notes. From 40-50 year-old vines in weathered granite. Very long fermentation on the skins, then almost a year in Burgundian oak. Drinkable now, but best from 2024.

Wine Enthusiast:

Aged in wood, this wine has a smooth and polished texture. Rich tannins are impressively dense, giving a luscious character to the wine. The fruit shines with a glow of bright acidity and a juicy aftertaste. Drink from 2025. Roger Voss.
