The herbal, spicy and ripe 2018 Single Vineyard Cabernet Sauvignon was produced with grapes from Hacienda Chada in Maipo cropped at 14.5% alcohol. It aged for 18 months in French oak, 20% were new, a percentage that has been gradually lowered, and the wine shows more focus and less oak. The palate is medium t full-bodied, sleek and polished, with the grainy varietal tannins. 14,146 bottles produced.
Notes of black cherries and currants with hints of wet earth, leather and nut shell. Medium-bodied with dry, slightly chewy tannins and bright acidity. More fresh and juicy style of cabernet. Vegan. Drink now.
