Fully destemmed and fermented in oak before spending 7 months in amphorae. Smoky reduction adds a little tension to the wine, before opening up with beautifully expressive Garnacha fruit; earthy red fruits, white pepper and wild herbs. Firm, fresh and incredibly inviting.
