Made from 100% Tempranillo, the 2019 Hito Rosado offers a juicy, racy style that carries lots of tart strawberry, citrus pith, and orange blossom aromatics as well as medium-bodied richness, terrific acidity, and a clean, dry finish. It's beautifully done, has a subtle hint of salty minerality, and is going to just sing with tapas.
