"There are multiple bottlings of the NV Fino en Rama, as with all the NV solera wines, but the saca is not clearly specified on the label and there is only a coded lot number on the back label. All their bottlings are en rama (unfiltered) and most wines show a little cloudy. This textbook Jerezano Fino has aromas of olives in brine, hay and straw, wet chalk, roasted nuts and a creamy touch if it's an older bottling. The palate is round, fine, more powerful than it seems, with good balance and elegance and those pungent, penetrating flavors that linger in your mouth after you swallow. All wines are presented in half-liter bottles. Each batch or lot is made up of less than 1,000 bottles."
