I found some unusual syrup-like aromas in the nose of the NV Don Zoilo Palo Cortado 15 Años, which made me think of a sweet wine, but it was dry. With time in the glass, it developed more nutty aromas that compensated that feeling that was again in the palate, like at some point of the aging in soleras and criaderas dynamic system of blending some PX had been added.... It's approachable and soft, with 19.5% alcohol and good freshness and a sharp finish. I had mixed feelings...
