Blanc subtil, élégant et aromatique. Il montre toutes les nuances de l'Albariño pour nous remplir de pureté, de profondeur, de concentration et d'une acidité vive qui nous donne envie d'un nouveau verre. Produit en quantité limitée, son nom rappelle le chant traditionnel galicien que les agriculteurs entonnaient en rentrant chez eux après une dure journée de travail dans les champs.&nbsp

The Wine Advocate:

The 2020 Alalá has a golden color and a developed nose with notes of honey, bruised apples, caramel and beeswax, denoting a faster aging. The palate is fresher, with a contained 12.5% alcohol, notable acidity and the granite texture. 4,650 bottles produced. It was bottled in August 2021 after 12 months in tank. I'd drink it sooner rather than later. - Luis Gutiérrez.

An aged albarino that’s really fragrant and unique, with lemon pie, oyster shells and a touch of jasmine. The palate is fresh and angular, with a ripe and pithy character. Complex, long and penetrating. This wine was aged for 12 months in vats and then for around two years in bottle prior to release. Shows the capacity of albarino to age.
