L'avis des experts

The Wine Advocate:

I tasted the January 2019 bottling of the 2001 Colección Añadas Oloroso en Rama that they started bottling in 2012. They have been doing new bottlings every year because it's an extremely elegant Oloroso with great finesse and could even be classified as a Palo Cortado. It has notes of blonde tobacco, some nuts, round and integrated, with superb balance and each year with more finesse. It's unusual, because further aging is increasing the elegance, instead of increasing the power and concentration. One of the most elegant Olorosos around. 1,500 half-liter bottles.
