Javier San Pedro was only 17 when he bought this parcel of Tempranillo Blanco, so it was really where his story began. After 24 hours of skin contact, the resulting wine is fermented in 500-litre barrels, producing a white that is rich and textured, with subtle wood spices, peach, passion fruit and citrus flavours and impressive palate length. 2024-29.
