A slightly reserved bottling, but shows freshness and linear flow. Medium body and a bitter-orange undertone. Creamy texture from the fine bubbles. Wait for the finish, which opens nicely. 60% pinot noir, 20% chardonnay and 20% pinot meunier. September 2023 release. 8 years on the lees. Dosage 6.5. Only 4,000 bottles made. Drink or hold.
