Exploding from the glass, the 2019 Leeu Passant Stellenbosch Chardonnay begins with a classic oak frame and elegant spice that possesses refinement with aromas of sweet citrus, hints of stone fruits and under-ripe pineapple on the nose. The wine is polished, zesty and brilliant, medium to full-bodied on the palate with an energetic frame and electric mouthfeel that somersaults with brilliant focus and continues to race toward an incredibly long and spiced finish.
