"A wine sold as Williams & Humbert Collection in the past (and still in the UK), the NV Don Zoilo Oloroso 12 Años has a very aromatic nose with notes of peach and noble woods. The idea is to have an oxidative character while keeping some elegance and the character of the soil. It's soft and approachable, round and caressing, with classical nut and tobacco notes. This has a real age closer to 20 years than to 12."
