Description

Tan solo se producen 300 botellas de este excelente monovarietal de Cariñena. A partir de cepas viejas bañadas por el clima mediterráneo y de una microvinificación artesanal nace este expresivo tinto rústico y cautivador. No dejes de probarlo.

Enamora con los aromas de fruta negra junto a los recuerdos terrosos.
Bouche
Intensa y rústica. Exhibe unos taninos finos, un perfil equilibrado y un final cautivador.

Se recomienda servir a 16 ºC.

Hasta 2026 si se conserva en óptimas condiciones.

The Wine Advocate:

The raw red 2021 Despullat was produced with 100% Cariñena that fermented with full clusters in used open-top barrels, then was foot-trodden and bottled without using any added sulfur along the way. It has a dusty and rustic profile with dark fruit, 14% alcohol and earthy aromas and a balanced palate with fine tannins. I like the palate much better than the nose. This is almost academic, as there was only one barrel of it—a quasi-experimental wine. It was bottled in June 2022.
