Description

The Wine Advocate:

"The 2011 Barrica (75% Monastrell and 25% Syrah) is the richest and densest. It offers up camphor, pepper, bouquet garni, roasted meat, black currant and earthy blue fruit. Full-bodied, chewy and mouth-filling, this is a big, well-balanced wine that represents a super value. Drink it over the next 2-4 years.

Long time readers of The Wine Advocate are familiar with the selections of Patrick Mata, one of the most driven, passionate and talented young men in the wine world.
