Anne Sophie Pic & Michel Chapoutier Cornas 2019
Fiche technique
L'avis des experts
Sourced from a couple of different parcels and aged in previously used oak, the 2018 Cornas Bio features scents of crushed stone and mulberries. It's medium to full-bodied, a bit creamy on the mid-palate but also stony and structured, finishing with firm tannins and mouthwatering fruit.
Black cherries, blackberries, bouquet garni, new leather, and pepper notes all emerge from the 2018 Cornas, which is rich and medium to full-bodied, with loads of fruit and plenty of upfront charm. It’s going to drink well for 7-8 years.
