The 2018 Zeltinger Sonnenuhr Riesling Auslese is very clear, refined and elegant on the delicate and refreshing nose. On the palate, this is a pure, piquant and stimulatingly juicy and refined Auslese that is entirely based on healthy grapes. The finish is salty and piquant, very stimulating. Tasted at the domain in September 2020.
