L'avis des experts

Tim Atkin:

José Luis Ripa is married to María José López de Heredia, so it shouldn’t be a surprise that they both make superb rosados. This is a very subtle, savoury blend of Garnacha and 40% Tempranillo that's released with some bottle age. Redcurrant, wild strawberry, nutmeg and cinnamon flavours are embellished by subtle oak spices and a hint of forest floor. 2024-27

James Suckling:

Such an attractive rosado that shows a bright, medium salmon hue. Freshly cut grapefruit, cream, dried watermelon, dried herbs, cranberries and a touch of Aperol. Textured and lively, with fresh acidity and a lengthy finish. Quite effortlessly drinkable. A serious but unassuming rosé to drink now, but it should hold very well for the next few years.
