Fernando Mora suggère de découvrir avec Microcósmico Grenache 2016 une version du grenache austère et sincère, qui reflète le style traditionnel aragonais de l’élaboration et l'origine de la variété. Dans sa dégustation, Luis Gutiérrez la met en valeur comme "le grenache nu" sans artifice, droit au cœur des amateurs de cette variété qui oscille entre la touche rustique, un côté sauvage et l'élégance. Rouge épicé, avec une bonne charge de fruits rouges, frais, léger et avec une très bonne acidité. En 2016, il a gagné en précision et en fraîcheur.

The Wine Advocate:

The red 2016 Microcósmico Garnacha was produced with grapes grown in slate soils at 700 meters in altitude, in the village of Jarque. It fermented with 10% whole clusters and matured mostly in concrete, with the small remaining amounts that didn't fit in the vats, being matured in used 500-liter barrels for six months. As I saw with many other wines, this 2016 has gained in precision and freshness from the previous 2015 bottling. It's floral, perfumed and elegant, a naked Garnacha with great purity. The tannins are fine and it's simply delicious, with some notes of wild herbs and flowers. There were 16,000 bottles produced and bottled in June 2018. - Luis Gutiérrez.
