One of my favourite Tempranillo Blancos, even if its fairly high price is a reflection of its quality, this was barrel fermented in 400-litre French oak and spent for months on lees. Creamy and textured, this nods towards Burgundy in style showing ample concentration and supporting minerality. 2020-23
