The Wine Advocate:

The NV Amontillado is a ten- to 12-year-old Amontillado of Manzanilla origin, a youngish Amontillado with the classical caramel/toffee note of the young wines, intermixed with the subtle aromas of sea breeze. This is a wine very apt for the table, with a very tasty palate, terribly salty with notes of soya sauce and curry, a sharp, classical Sanlúcar Amontillado. Some 2,000 bottles filled every year. -Luis Gutiérrez.
