Jeb Dunnuck:

The 2016 Côtes Du Roussillon comes from a project between Jean-Paux Rosset and Claude Gros. Mostly Syrah brought up in a mix of barrels and tanks, it's a gorgeous effort with remarkable purity and elegance. Crème de cassis, blackberries, leafy herbs, and a kiss of olive tapenade all flow to a seamless, medium to full-bodied beauty that has silky tannin and a great finish. Count me in as a fan, and while I couldn’t get a price, I suspect it’s a rocking value.
