The 2016 Pouilly-Fuissé is even more powerful, exhibiting notes of honeyed peaches and spring flowers, followed by a full-bodied, deep and textural palate with chewy concentration and extract, considerable amplitude and a long, honeyed finish. - William Kelley.
From vines in the lee of the dramatic rock of Solutré, this wine has great minerality as well as crisp, clean impressive fruit. It is textured, still a little tight but also full of great citrus, crisp apple and apricot flavors. Drink this refreshing and structured wine from late 2018. - Roger Voss.
Fondé en 1980 par Michel Paquet et son épouse Jocelyn, ce domaine bourguignon a été repris par leurs trois fils Camille, Mathieu et Jean-Baptiste en 2015. Le trésor reste aux mains de la famille.
