"The 2012 Chablis is vinified and matured in French oak. It has a nicely composed, pure bouquet with orange blossom and apricot scents merging nicely with an underlying minerality. The palate is keen and fresh with a fine line of acidity and a linear, slightly herbaceous but persistent finish. Drink now-2017".
