The Fattoria le Pupille 2019 RosaMati is mostly Syrah with a small percentage of Vermentino that adds life to the party in your glass. This pretty Tuscan Rosato opens to a pale pink color with some polished copper shine. The wine is fresh, light and bright with pink grapefruit, lilac, blood orange and a touch of Thai basil or lemongrass that is unique to this blend of grapes. In the mouth, RosaMati plays it easy and safe with pretty acidity and streamlined appeal.
