Casa Sosegada 2021
Fiche technique
L'avis des experts
The superb 2021 Casa Sosegada was produced with a blend of 50% Monastrell, 30% Forcallà and the remaining 20% Arco, Bonicaire and Rojal, a little higher in Forcallà because the new vines are producing a little more. It fermented in open stainless steel vats with 30% full clusters and indigenous yeasts and matured in raw concrete egg for 16 months. It has some very attractive herbal and iron-like notes of fresh meat, wild red berries and flowers, with 13.5% alcohol, freshness and balance. It's textured and has round, polished tannins. 5,800 bottles were filled in January 2023.

No repetiré.
De medio cuerpo, nariz expresiva, frua roja, herbal. Boca muy fresca, sabrosa, ágil. Rico
correctt wine not overpowering, but smooth and easy to drink.
