Aromas of very ripe and tarry blackberry fruit that borders on being jammy, together with licorice, mussels, iodine, oyster shells and dark chocolate. Medium-to full-bodied with very silky yet firm tannins that spread evenly on the palate. 12 months under the water on the Mediterranean seabed at a depth of 40 meters before release. Drink or hold.
