Viña Bujanda Gran Reserva 2015
Fiche technique
L'avis des experts
The subtle and serious 2015 Gran Reserva is spicy and elegant. It matured in French and American oak barrels for two years, which gave it some textbook traditional notes of coconut and vanilla intermixed with notions of cocoa, cedarwood, cigar ash and cigar box. It's polished and sleek, with moderate ripeness and alcohol at 13.5% and with good freshness showcased by a pH of 3.47 and close to six grams of acidity. Back to classicism. 50,000 bottles produced. It was bottled in July 2018.
