The Wine Advocate:
The 2021 Safrà, which was tasted next to the 2022, feels more fruit-driven and primary. It's a blend of 70% Mandó and 30% Arcos that fermented in stainless steel with some 30% full clusters and then matured in tinaja. It has a moderate 12.5% alcohol and mellow acidity, subtle and elegant. It feels more like the 2019 than the 2020, despite the climatic conditions of the year. It has a medium-bodied palate with fine-grained, chalky tannins. 22,000 bottles produced.
