The 2014 vintage was comparatively large in quantity, as well as cool and "Atlantic", so this Reserva is lighter and fresher than some Remírez de Ganuza reds. Made with Tempranillo an 8% Graciano from half a dozen different Sonsierra villages, it's complex, savoury and well structured, with a balsamic lift, fig and mulberry flavours, attractive oak and a firm finish. 2022-26

Decanter:

Juicy, with lots of fruit and tertiary aromas, and a soft oak influence. The palate gives nice freshness, good balance and a persistent finish, uncomplicated but very attractive.
