L'avis des experts

The Wine Advocate:

"The 2011 M2 is produced with Tempranillo and other grapes from their own head-pruned, organic-farmed vineyards (15 hectares in total) on fluvial terraces rich in chalk. The grapes fermented in a combination of stainless steel and oak vats, and the wine matured in French oak barrels for 14 months. It has a lactic note intermixed with aromas of ripe plums, black raspberries, spices, and hints of graphite and earth. The palate also shows some earthy tannins and moderate acidity, quite fine. It's still a little oaky; I'd wait a little bit more before pulling the cork. 27,288 bottles produced".
