The Wine Advocate:

The 2020 Listrão dos Profetas Vinho do P. Santo is all Listrão (a.k.a., Palomino Fino) aged for 12 months in used French oak. It comes in nicely dry (1.5 grams of residual sugar and 7.3 of total acidity) and at 13.1% alcohol. Caressing in texture initially, this handles the wood well and then coats the palate. There's bite and lift on the lingering finish as the acidity takes over. It's not overly deep, but it is elegant, and in mouthfeel, it is reasonably substantial. It's the acidity that makes this sing, though, even as the mid-palate soaks some up. This will do best with a food pairing, but it is balanced enough to drink on its own too. It should hold for the rest of the decade, maybe more, but there is no track record, so check in every now and then if you can.
