The Wine Advocate:

The rosé 2022 Les Prunes was produced with the red Mandó grape that was picked early, just before a heat wave in late August, with only 11% alcohol and higher acidity than ever, following more the line of the 2018, a cooler year. It has a citrus side, notes of dry roses and very tasty flavors. This has more the spirit of a white than a light red, a serious and cool rosé that transcends the category. It matured in clay tinaja for six months. 11,000 bottles produced. It was bottled in June 2023.
