The Wine Advocate:

The still rosé 2019 Les Prunes is part of the range called Les Filles d'Amalià that has a sparkling wine and will have a sweet wine too. This is really a blanc de noirs, but it comes out as a pale rosé, from 100% Mandó grapes matured in tinaja for six months. It has moderate alcohol (12%) and a pH of 3.09 with notable acidity, which makes it light and lively. It's a bright pink wine with an expressive nose with delicate notes of roses, more like a white than a red. This is a serious rosé with a dry and mineral texture, unusual in rosés. This is the third vintage for this wine, and the wine seems to have a little more depth than the 2018, which was a little sharper. 10,000 bottles produced. It was bottled in June 2020.
