The Wine Advocate:
The 2019 La Garnacha de Mustiguillo has 14% alcohol (same as the 2020), but it shows a little more freshness after aging in 5,000-liter oak vats for eight months. The process is the same as for the 2020 I tasted next to it. It's nuanced and expressive, with a twist of Mediterranean herbs, quite attractive and showy. The palate is medium-bodied with great balance, very fine tannins and marked elegance. 14,250 bottles were filled in November 2020.

En 1999 Toni Sarrión, responsable y enólogo de Mustiguillo, decidió apostar por la Bobal. En aquella época esta variedad era destinada a graneles y rosados de bajo precio.
