"There are two sweet natural wines (meaning they are fortified), one red and also the white 2013 Josefina Piñol Vi Dolç. It is pure Garnacha Blanca harvested very ripe, almost raisined. It fermented some 6-8% and then it was fortified to 15% and bottled with 195 grams of sugar, after one year in 60-liter French oak barrels. It always has aromas of golden raisins, dried apricots and orange peel, quite consistent across vintages. The palate is sweet without excess, with some tannins maybe, tasty and quite straightforward. 6,500 half-liter bottles were produced. The price is for half a liter".
