The Wine Advocate:

"The 2013 Cuvée Especial, Verdejo from to head-pruned, low-yielding vineyards, was fermented in egg-shaped cement vats where the wine matured in contact with lees for ten months. It has some bright aromas of red currants and hints of tropical fruit with undertones of orange rind and wet chalk. The palate has good freshness, volume and the characteristic slightly bitter finish of the variety. 6,239 bottles produced".
