The Wine Advocate:

There is a tad more ripeness and impact from the élevage in the nose of the 2015 Inés, a blend of Tempranillo with 10% Merlot from a warm and dry vintage. It fermented with indigenous yeasts in open-top barrels after a cold soak of 48 to 72 hours and had a total fermentation time of 21 days, which is not very long to control the extraction in a powerful vintage. It has abundant, slightly dusty tannins and a chalky texture. I'd wait a little bit longer before pulling the cork of this one. 2,000 bottles were filled in July 2017.
