"The 2014 Ignios Orígenes Baboso Negro was produced in exactly the same way as the 2013, fermentation in stainless steel and one year in oak barrels. So what we see tasting them side by side is the effect of the vintage. The nose shows some tantalizing aromas of candied blood orange peel, dry flowers, wet pumice and spices (cracked black peppercorns). The palate shows very good balance and elegance, to me much better than the 2013. There were 1,980 bottles produced. It was bottled unfiltered after a light fining in December 2015".

Catado junto a Ciruelo 2016, La Solana 2014, Igneos vijariego 2015 y Taganan tinto 2016. El tiempo en botella le ha favorecido. Curioso!

Complex, very different from the tradicional spanish wines. A lot of mineral. For open minded people that want to try something new.
