Goliardo Tinto 2018
Fiche technique
L'avis des experts
As of 2018, the old red blend Bastión de Luna has been renamed, so I tasted the 2018 Goliardo Tinto, which is the same blend of local grapes, a majority of Caíño with some Espadeiro, Loureiro and a little Sousón (from the zone of Rosal). It fermented in a combination of oak barrels and stainless steel tank and matured in 225- and 500-liter oak barrels and a 1,500-liter oak foudre (for Caíño) for one year. The vintage was very different, but they also changed a little the way of working with the oak, and the wine is a lot more floral and aromatic, more elegant; it has a lot more depth and feels very serious, with more elegance and balance in the palate too. 6,000 bottles produced. It was bottled in February 2020.

Muy poco cuerpo, nariz deliciosa y compleja. Riquísima acidez, es un vino que pide comida para tomar más de dos copas.
