Finca Fabaiños 2019

There is only one 300-liter barrel of the 2019 Finca Fabaiños, pure Espadeiro. It's pale, spicy and ashy, with a strict and austere palate where there's no fat; it's slim and elastic, all muscle, with tension and energy. These reds are wines that repay patience and time in bottle; they are sharp and austere and get more polished. This is really amazing, but it will be impossible to find, as there are only 360 bottles.
