Dark cherries and plums with fresh thyme and roasted spices. Medium-bodied with fine-tuned and polished tannins. Fruity, with a mixture of red and black cherries, delivered in an elegant palate with a chalky-textured frame. Tempranillo. Vegan. Quite drinkable now.
