The Wine Advocate:
The 2021 Dos was aged in oak vats, but they're trying to remove the effect of the oak and provide the wine with more freshness. It was produced with a blend of 40% old-vine Monastrell and 30% each Cabernet Sauvignon and Cabernet Franc with good ripeness, avoiding any green notes from the French varieties, and good freshness. It has a medium to full-bodied palate with abundant, fine tannins. 25,000 bottles produced. It was bottled in March 2023. It should develop nicely in bottle.

Rafa Cambra es un pequeño productor de Fontanars dels Alforins, enclave pequeño (800 habitantes) peculiar por su ubicación, al suroeste de Valencia, en el límite entre cuatro provincias.

Un poco caro para la finalidad del producto. Raspa un poco al final, no se queda en boca el buen sabor que tiene.
Fruto, intenso, ciertas notas de Cabernet verde/sobremaduro, especiado. En boca estructurado, tanino presente pero bien trabajando, pero cie
