Impressive purity and freshness on the nose. Very bright lemons and limes with yellow peaches and fresh, biscuity spices. Mineral notes, too. The palate is supple and fresh with lemons and a gently creamy yet dry and crisp texture. Disgorged March 2017. Drink now.
Heady and inviting, with layers of bright apricot and pear drop aromas, beautifully textured on the palate with a bright saline finish.

Cork suggested that the bottle was 3-4 years post disgorgement and we felt that it lacked freshness. Good but won't buy again at this price.
