The 2014 Syrah was harvested during the first half of October with only 14% alcohol, one degree less than the previous year. It fermented in concrete and oak vats with selected yeasts and matured in barriques for one year. There are some varietal notes, smoky bacon, some cereals and a touch of lavender. The palate felt quite balanced, with a soft, approachable texture. It could do with a little more freshness. 12,670 bottles were filled in June 2016. - Luis Gutiérrez.
A gorgeous red, showing black pepper, black olives and hints of blackcurrants. Full body, soft tannins and a beautiful, clean finish. So drinkable now. Why wait?

Sabor intenso al principio pero se va amoldando al paladar. Mi uva preverida, embotellada!
El carácter de la syrah está poco marcado.Muchos posos en suspensión a pesar de decantarlo.
