L'avis des experts

The Wine Advocate:

Almost entirely Mourvèdre (the appellation requires the wine to be a blend), the 2019 Languedoc Tête de Bélier Rosé features strawberry-like aromas alongside hints of crushed stone, tropical fruit (guava?) and fresh citrus. It's on the full-bodied side of things for a rosé, yet it doesn't come across as being heavy or overly rich, just concentrated, with a long, silky finish.

Jeb Dunnuck:

Another beautiful rosé from this estate that does everything right, the 2019 Languedoc Tete Belier Rose reveals a light pink color as well as beautiful notes of white peach, strawberries, and flowers. Made mostly from Mourvèdre, it's medium-bodied, has perfectly integrated acidity, terrific balance, and a clean, dry, juicy finish that keeps you coming back to the glass. It's a gem of a rosé that can be enjoyed on its own or with any number of tapas or starters.
