Caballero Zifar 2017

This has impact and drive and throws a mighty serve of black fruits, leather, sweet cherry and cassis flavours the drinker’s way, dried herbs, marzipan and nutmeg spice notes fanning the parade. Rich and concentrated on the palate, with juiciness, well-integrated tannins/oak and a long, complex finish.

A red with lots of dark berries, dark chocolate and fresh flowers. It’s reserved and not overdone. Full-to medium-bodied with creamy tannins and a fruity finish. As always a pretty, glossy wine. Drink now.
