"Think of a sweet/dessert made with asparagus, green beans and/or peas. Well, that is the weird sensation when you taste the 2014 Apasionado, a sweet wine produced with Sauvignon Blanc grapes full of herbal, vegetal aromas and a sweet palate. The wine has 11% alcohol and 77 grams of sugar, compensated by nearly seven grams of acidity (tartaric); it has a bittersweet finish. This wine is not for all. 6,500 half-liter bottles, so the price given is for a half liter".
